Terms of Use
Effective and last updated:
These terms govern registered accounts and use of Block Burner at playblockburner.com, an independently operated free browser game. When you select the agreement checkbox during signup, you agree to these terms. Contact the operator at [email protected] with questions.
Accounts and eligibility
Online guest names and sessions are temporary. Guest progress does not transfer to an account and has no account recovery. Creating an account is optional and is required to keep account statistics.
Registered accounts are for players age 13 or older. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review them and give permission for your account. Guest Mode is available without creating an account; its data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep your password private and choose a username that does not impersonate someone else or disclose sensitive personal information. Recovery email is optional and helps you regain access if you forget your password. Do not use someone else’s email address without permission.
Fair play
Do not harass or threaten other players, use hateful or unlawful usernames, cheat, manipulate scores, access other accounts without permission, or disrupt the game or its infrastructure. Do not use automation to gain an unfair advantage or overload the service. Report problems privately using the contact address above.
Changes, suspension and discontinuation
Block Burner is free to play in your browser, with no download or installation required. The operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of Block Burner at any time, including features, game modes, account functionality, statistics, leaderboards, or online services.
We may restrict or suspend accounts for breaches of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to ask for review. We may act immediately when needed to protect players or the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction was a mistake.
You can stop playing at any time. To request account deletion, follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
You use Block Burner at your own risk. You are responsible for how you use the game and for any consequences arising from your use of it. The operator is not responsible for uses of the service that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
No warranties and service availability
Block Burner is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, security, accuracy, performance, compatibility, or continued operation of the game.
The game may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or other problems. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, and no particular level of uptime, availability, data retention, or continued functionality is guaranteed.
Block Burner may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or other reasons. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, any minimum uptime, continued support for any feature, or continued availability of the service.
Block Burner relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Interruptions, outages, policy changes, or failures affecting those providers may affect the availability or functionality of the game.
Account and gameplay information
Although reasonable efforts may be made to preserve account and gameplay information, the operator does not guarantee that scores, statistics, account data, game history, or other stored information will never be lost, corrupted, reset, or deleted. Account and gameplay information is not guaranteed to be preserved indefinitely.
This does not change the retention and deletion practices described in the Privacy Policy or limit your rights under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Block Burner, including loss of data, account information, gameplay progress, scores, statistics, or access to the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your information and rights
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to make privacy requests. Acknowledging that notice does not waive your privacy rights or give blanket consent to optional data uses. We will request separate consent where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
Revisions will appear here with an updated date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and request renewed agreement where required by law. Changes will not apply retroactively to resolve an existing dispute.
